Intensely bright copper with a golden shimmer. Roasted hazelnuts and dates adorn the nose, then peach confit, a hint of liquorice and candied orange peel. Opens juicily, with fresh acidity, rich savouriness on the palate, multi-layered, well-structured, lingering.
