Medium lemon yellow with greenish reflections. Delicate hints of ripe pear, peach, fresh lemon zest and a touch of honeydew melon on the nose. A savoury mousse with sweetish fruit flavours, juicy acidity and a creamy texture. Fruity, delicately tart aftertaste of quince puree. An appealing aperitif.
