Pale yellow-green with silver reflections and a very fine mousse. Floral nuances of some lemongrass mingle with white fruit, making for an inviting bouquet with a hint of cookie. Taut, white pear fruit abounds on the palate backed by a lively acidity. There's medium complexity with some fine fruit sweetness on the finish. A balanced style and fine aperitif.
