Light yellow with greenish reflections. An ethereal nose of fresh mint and lemon balm. Cherry blossom and a hint of nutmeg. Subtle, tactile minerality on the palate. Full of tension with supporting acidity. Citrusy freshness on the finish. Noticeable drive.
