Tasting Notes
Concentrated, deep demonstration of Silvaner ripeness. Strong aromas, some acacia honey, hay, nutty, leafy, some curry. Lots of drive and even more extract on the palate. A wine with stature. Successful interplay of tannins and acidity.
More about the tastingLinden blossom and meadow herbs on the nose - nuanced, but not yet fully developed. On the palate there is great volume, dense mineral extract, a layer of phenolics. The strong alcohol is completely countered by substance and acidity. An iron fist with velvety tendencies.
