Tasting Notes
Straw yellow in colour. Ripe on the nose, with aromas of wet leaves, grass, ripe white peach, lime and honeysuckle. Stone fruit repeats on the palate which is very well balanced between fruit and acid structure. Fine phenolics with light minerality emerge towards the finish.
