The white wine Castell Schlossberg Silvaner GG, vintage 2007 from the winery Fürstlich Castell’sche Domäne has been rated in 2016 with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Grüner Sylvaner from the region Franconia in Germany.
Not only matured with dignity, it has also retained its youth and smells of pineapple, spring forest floor and shrubs. The palate follows this path through the forest, remains serene and contemplative. A beautiful memory.
