Light orange with brick-red reflections. On the nose, notes of blood orange, quince, herbal bitters, damp clay pot and a cultivated spontaneous fermentation aroma. Good density on the palate, powerful, concentrated, tart impression with firm acidity, chewy, herbal finish aromas, very good ageing potential.
