Fine woody savouriness on the nose, some smoke, delicate vanilla, red apple and peach, followed by fine herbal savouriness. Beautiful vigour on the palate, lively acidity, green apple, delicate texture and distinctive grip, consistently dry, an excellent accompaniment to food.
