Tasting Notes
Pastel colours. Sublime spice: lavender, rose, raspberry blossom, fresh, clear. Creamy in the mouth, but also with juicy elegance, a layer of the finest phenolics, seamlessly integrated acidity, a hint of oak influence. Extract sweetness. Ethereal lightness for all its richness. (US).
More about the tastingA blanc-de-noirs colour. Some boisée, balsamic, rock dust, becoming increasingly mineral with air contact. Ethereal in the mouth, with a lot of drive and mineral substance, incredibly homogeneous and rich, yet full of juiciness and elegance, almost chewy, yet so light on its feet. Finest phenolics, probably also more in quantity, despite the lighter colour.
