Tasting Notes
Very light in colour. On the nose redcurrant, complex, slightly floral, and a first hint of spice. The palate shows dense phenolic-mineral complexity. Viscous, layered, cool impression with naturally integrated acidity. An immense extract slumbers while alcohol remains inconspicuous. Compact, condensed, with a finish which lasts very long, above all structurally. Great phenolic expression. A rosé close to perfection.
