Tasting Notes
Pale yellow with a fine salmon touch, very fine carbonic acid, not quite bright. Nuances of fine yeast, a hint of pear, some cookie, pleasant minerality, some shrub, with southern herbs in the background. Full-bodied, powerful, some mango, a hint of oak, mineral and good persistence, light nougat on the finish, has certain ageing potential.
