Light yellow with a copper tinge. Perfectly ripe, but never overripe fruit: Wild berries, plum, sweet cherry, orange zest, violets. Add to this this addictive wood: nougat, marzipan, nut butter. Herbal spice, garrigue, ethereal and floral notes. Spicy and fine on the palate, with brilliant acidity and a long, salty, mineral finish. A great wine with enormous ageing potential.
