Delicate, pale salmon pink, brilliant. An intense, fruit-forward bouquet of apricot, orange zest, red berries, and plum, complemented by garrigue, anise, white flowers, lavender, and pepper. Juicy and dry on the palate, with moderate acidity, a smooth fruitiness, and spicy notes of pepper, cinnamon bark, and Mediterranean herbs. Medium-bodied, medium length.
