Very pale salmon pink. Subtle aromas of red berries, floral notes, violets, garrigue, and white pepper. Distinctly dry on the palate, with subtle spice, delicate fruitiness, and a hint of saltiness. Medium length, with a slightly warm finish accompanied by a subtle hint of bitterness. Overall, a very good, well-balanced rosé.
