REBSORTE: Merlot WEINAUSBAU: Traditionelle Kelterung in Edelstahltanks mit einer Maischestandzeit von 12 - 14 Tagen bei 28° - 30°C. Der Wein reift 12 Monaten in zweijährigen Schweizer Barriques.(Tessiner Eiche aus dem Onsernonetal, zusammen- gestellt in der Schweiz) ALKOHOLGEHALT: 13% Vol. FARBE: Intensives und sattes Rubinrot. BOUQUET: Vielschichtig, harmonisch und von guter Intensität. Mit Fruchtnoten von schwarzen Beeren wie Heidelbeeren und Brombeeren, sowie Röstaromen von Lakritz und leichten Gewürznoten. GESCHMACK: Weich und fruchtig. Frisch, reich, von guter Struktur. Mit reifen, saftigen Gerbstoffen und einem langen harmonischen Abgang. SERVIERTEMPERATUR: 16 - 18 °C LAGERFÄHIGKEIT: Der Touché 2022 entwickelt seinen vollen Charakter ab Herbst 2024; bei optimaler Lagerung wird er bis 2030 und darüber hinaus seinen vollen Ausdruck behalten.

This has a medium ruby colour. It has aromas of plum and wild berry on the nose, as well as a fresh engaging spiciness, sage, and dried fruit nuances. It is fresh and elegantly structured on the palate, with a ripe noticeable acidity, fine tannins, and finishing with wild berry notes and toasty nuances. It is juicy, with a medium to long finish.
