Intense red. Coffee, toasted aromas, black fruit, stone fruit, yeast, malty and nutty on the nose. Medium-bodied on the palate, rugged tannins, good supporting acidity, fresh, mineral, needs time to age. Still a slightly impetuous Merlot.
