Elegant, complex bouquet with notes of dried and confit dark forest berries, plum and an engaging ethereal spiciness. Densely woven on the palate, dark fruity and extremely savoury. Ripe acidity, fine-grained, well-integrated tannins, long finish on liquorice and dried herbs.
