JAHRGANG: 2023 REBSORTE: Merlot WEINAUSBAU: Traditionell ausgebaut in Edelstahltanks mit einer Maischegärung von 10 bis 12 Tagen bei 26 - 28 °C. Reifung erfolgt über 10 Monate in ein-bis zweijährigen Barriques. ALKOHOLGEHALT: 13.5% Vol. FARBE: Intensives Rubinrot mit Purpurrot Reflexen. BOUQUET: Harmonisch und komplex. Fruchtig mit Nuancen von reifen roten und schwarzen Beerenfrüchten, begleitet von Noten von Lakritz und Röstaromen. Sehr harmonisch und von guter Intensität. GESCHMACK: Sanfter, fruchtiger Auftakt. Voll, frisch und harmonisch mit Tanninen von ausgezeichneter Quantität und Qualität. Schöne Struktur und Fülle mit einem ausgewogenen Abgang und schöner Nachhaltigkeit. SPEISE-EMPFEHLUNG: Pasta, Risottos, gegrilltes Fleisch und typische einheimische Gerichte. SERVIERTEMPERATUR: 16 °C LAGERFÄHIGKEIT: Der Prà Oro 2023 entwickelt ab Frühlings 2025 seinen vollen Charakter; bei optimaler Lagerung wird er bis 2030 und darüber hinaus den vollen Genuss bereiten.

Medium ruby color. Noble, dark fruity nose: plum, sour cherry, also cassis, nuances of cigar and oak. Rather slender on the palate with fresh acidity and restrained, polished tannins. Finishes medium-long and juicy.
