Medium yellow-green, silver reflections, fine mousse. Discreet apple fruit, a bit of honey blossom, herbs and quince, kumquats sound. Juicy, elegant, fine acid structure, savoury, passion fruit sounds, fine texture, mineral finish, versatile.
