Shimmering light gold in colour. On the nose, an elegant, finely scented bouquet of very juicy lime and grapefruit on sea salt, with subtle hints of rosemary and thyme. Mouth-filling and very juicy, with electrifying acidity, a gentle grip and plenty of tension on the palate, leading onto a saline finish.
