A rather intense and complex aroma: dried plum, elderberry pulp, some gooseberry and apple, blueberry compote, rum raisin. The palate is dense with firm, grainy, even a hint of vegetal tannin on the basis of an emphatically supple base. The emphatic dryness gives the wine a natural radiance.
