Unorthodox entry: notes of cider, freshly squeezed apple juice, yellow flowers, dried apricot. Firmly built, emphatically lean, with a sweetish core, with the self-confident acidity from the altitude and minerality of granite and gneiss. Unconventional, beautiful.
