Tasting from 11.11.2023: Ulrich Sautter

A bit yeasty, wood spice, cherries, raspberries, some pomegranate and dried rosemary. Starts off juicy and with some fruit on the palate, taut, firm structure, straightforward, absolutely dry, yet generous, grippy, ripe tannins, noble acidity. Full of drive.
