Tasting from 11.11.2023: Ulrich Sautter

Notes of spontaneous fermentation, yeast, herbs, apple and Mirabelle plum, mineral hints, anise buns. Not a cheeky Riesling, smooth texture, juicy, with fine savouriness and noticeable minerality, salty, the acidity is soft and balanced, relaxed, elegant.
