Tasting from 11.11.2023: Ulrich Sautter

An unfiltered style with aromas of yeast, smoke, wood savouriness, dried chamomile, herbal and malty notes, a touch of caramel and pear. Soft in texture on the palate, this is not a Pinot Gris in a style that goes broad and strives for sweetness, by contrast, this youthful wine is dry, savoury and mineral with a fine salinity and intense fruit.
