Medium salmon pink, raspberries, strawberries, yeasty pastry and ripe mirabelle plums, some barrel spice. Taut and firmly built on the palate, juicy and with supporting acidity, emphatically dry, gets by without any sugar cosmetics, phenolic pixels. More than a summer wine.
