Unfiltered, notes of spontaneous fermentation, herbal, malt candy, ripe pear, smoke, dark savouriness. Juicy on the palate with clear, slightly sweet pear, dry, unpretentious, tight structure, contradicts the clichés about the Baden Grauburgunder, mineral, exciting.
