Deep, dark ruby colour, purple reflections, delicate watery rim. Spicy, dark berry fruit full of cassis and blackberries, smoky nuances, dark minerality. Very powerful, muscular, almost opulent and pronounced in fruit, powerful tannins that are still very vivid, black fruit on the finish, hints of savouriness on the finish, shows good length, will benefit from further bottle ageing.
