Tasting from 12.03.2020: Peter Moser

Dark ruby garnet colour with purple reflections, subtle brightening on the rim. Cabernet-dominated bouquet, nuances of cassis and blackberry confit, candied orange zest, delicate hint of nougat, but also ethereal savouriness. Subtle herbal notes, dark berries, well-integrated tannins, pleasant freshness, spicy and chocolatey finish, mineral aftertaste.
