Tasting from 06.10.2023: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler
Brilliant silver straw yellow with persistent mousse. Initially slightly reductive and bacon on the nose, with hints of yeast and cold smoke, then lemon zest, grapefruit, some mint and sea salt on the finish. Balanced and clear on the palate, with a harmonious mousse and crisp fruit, beautiful length.
