Tasting Notes
Deep garnet colour with a broad garnet rim a touch of ash and wet earth cling to the plum and berry compote notes of the nose. A touch of miso and smoke also plays along and has staying power on the juicy, concentrated palate that is wonderfully pervaded by acidity. IT is the tart and smoke and some residual tannic grip that defines the finish.
