Tasting Notes
An opaque ruby core has glints of garnet and a broad garnet rim. The nose carries notions of freshly crushed blueberry, along with a touch of mint. It is the purity and intensity of the fruit that impresses. The palate is still full, still grippy with very fine, firm tannins, Still slightly astringent. Their structure holds beautifully fresh blueberry and plum fruit, perfumed with hints of milk chocolate and mint. There is a wonderfully stony, flinty echo here that grounds the wonderfully aromatic headiness. Whoa.
