Tasting Notes
Slightly deeper garnet colour but with a broad garnet rim. An incredibly aromatic nose presents lifted baked cherry and Morello cherry. A hint of leather creeps in, too, and again that miso savouriness as a mere touch of spice. The tannins are still dense but have mellowed considerably. Fine freshness pervades all and a lovely tannic grip, still brightened and enlivened by juicy fruit, dominates the long finish along with a touch of mint.
