Brilliant straw yellow with an olive green core, persistent mousse. Fresh nose of green apple and white peach, also reminiscent of pepper and flint. Gentle notion on the palate, with fine-grained mousse, subtly full-bodied and slightly restrained in the mid-palate, with a grapefruit finish.
