Sparkling, rich straw yellow with green nuances. Opens with fine yet dense notes, some light honey, then melon and apple, with a fine bouquet of spices in the background. Round and full on the palate, spreads out with good fullness, lots of rich fruit, beautiful acidity, juicy and persistent on the finish.
