The sparkling wine Clairette de Die AOC Tradition Brut from the winery La Cave de Die Jaillance has been rated in 2019 by Gerhild Burkard, Benjamin Herzog with 87 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Clairette Blanc, Gelber Muskateller from the region Loire Valley in France.
Silvery white gold with an intense tropical bouquet of stewed pineapple, mango, ripe pear and mace. Creamy and intensely sweet, but well buffered by the acidity, slightly salty. Aromatic finish with a fruity-sweet touch.
