The sparkling wine Clairette de Die Doux Jay'Up from the winery La Cave de Die Jaillance has been rated in 2025 by Peter Moser with 88 Falstaff points.
Pale straw yellow with silver reflections and a delicate mousse. Subtle notes of stone fruit, pineapple, fresh orange zest and lime zest are to the fore on the nose. The palate brings medium complexity, with peachy sweetness and a mineral freshness on the honeyed finish.
