Pale straw yellow with silver reflections and a delicate mousse. A hint of mace and jasmine on the nose, alongside lychee and candied lime zest. Full-bodied on the palate with a core of white tropical fruit and peach, backed by an integrated acidity and a lemony finish. Good balance, a versatile bottle.
