Tasting from 18.02.2022: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Deep ruby red. A savoury bouquet, fumé, reminiscent of abundant exposure to wood, then, after a little aeration, rich milk chocolate, Amarena cherries, violets and wild berries. Very rich on the palate, sprawling over the palate with lots of wood tones, luscious fruit, and savouriness. Very minimal dryness.
