Bright ruby with a slightly brightening rim. Inviting nose, opens with notes of cloves and cinnamon, then lots of ripe cherry and some plum. Lots of juicy fruit, especially sour cherry. Unfortunately also characterised by very prominent acidity, unfortunately very green and unripe.
