Tasting from 18.02.2022: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Radiant ruby red. Medium intensity on the nose, delicate notes of dried tomato, and light savoury tones, followed by shy nuances of wild berries in the background. At first slightly juicy on the palate, but subsequently diminishes and remains slightly abrasive and dry.
