Tasting from 01.12.2023: Othmar Kiem & Simon Staffler

Elegant, dark ruby red with some brightening on the rim. On the nose, new wood, milk chocolate, lots of volatile acidity with a hint of varnish. On the palate, restrained fruit and a lot of wood, unbalanced by the volatile acidity, short finish.
