Tasting from 20.02.2026: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Intense, sparkling ruby with a slight garnet rim. Opens on the palate with notes of graphite and cedar, then lots of dark cherry, beautiful blackberry. Juicy and firm on the palate, shows very well-integrated tannins, multi-layered and salty, with a fine melting finish.
