Tasting Notes
Fruit fireworks on the nose: blackcurrant and elderberry, blackberry, sloe and beetroot juice. On the palate, the fine graininess of the dense tannins is surprising - with bottle maturity, this will transform into a velvety impression. Ripe acidity, clear minerality, fruit-driven finish, still very young!
