Tasting Notes
Subtle boisée, cinnamon, sour cherry, some plum, semi-bitter chocolate and a hint of undergrowth. The palate shows a well-chosen amount of sandy tannin on a juicy, fruit-driven base, with chalky minerality and acidity providing a gentle sense of place: "cool climate". And still ripe tannin!
