The red wine Solitario Rosso Veneto IGT, vintage 2012 from the winery Le Guaite di Noemi has been rated in 2022 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Corvina, Rondinella , Corvinone Veronese
Dark, bright ruby with delicately brightening edges. Initially very savoury on the nose, with notes of wet stone, lime and chocolate powder, followed by preserved cherry and dried fig, with an alcoholic aftertaste. Very rich and very powerful on the palate, spreads over the tongue on a slightly alcoholic undertone, fruit and sweetness round off the bouquet, minimally bitter on the finish.
