The red wine Valpolicella Ripasso Superiore DOC, vintage 2014 from the winery Le Guaite di Noemi has been rated in 2024 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Corvina, Corvinone
Clear ruby garnet colour. Complex nose with notes of cherry compote, dark wild raspberries, notes of gingerbread and chocolate. The palate has a fine, sweet fruity texture, lots of raspberry, but then also shows some rough tannins with greenness on the mid-palate, firm grip, with a tobacco aftertaste.
