Tasting from 04.11.2022: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Dark ruby red colour. Initially restrained on the nose, then opens up with elegant savouriness: red bell pepper, cassis, ripe red currant, plus some light chocolate. On the palate it is polished, with hearty berry fruits and well-integrated tannins. The wine is driven, seems very coherent on the finish, and is individual and racy.
