Tasting from 06.12.2024: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

A dark ruby red, a slight brightening on the rim. Chalk, green peppers, cassis, elderberries and mint on the nose, with a light peppercorn note. Full-bodied on the palate, juicy, cool fruit, round and balanced, grippy tannins on the finish, great fun to drink even with the higher alcohol.
